Betty J. Hundley, age 89, of Knoxville passed away on January 14, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Labe and Tommie Jenkins; husband, Roy W. Hundley, Sr.; grandson, Chad H. Parker; sisters, Lois Thomas and Annette Payne. Betty is survived by daughters, Joy (Terry) Staley, Cheryl (Larry) Parker; son, Rusty (Mo) Hundley; 3 grandchildren; several great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday, January 17th from 1-2 pm at Berry Highland South. Graveside service will follow with Rev. Scott Carter and Chaplain Amanda Madson officiating.
