She was a longtime member of Callahan Road Baptist Church where she loved playing the piano.
Betty is preceded in death by parents, Cecil R. Webber and Willie Mae Ellis Webber; brothers, Gene Webber and C.E. (Bud) Webber.
She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Charles Edward "Ed" Ball; daughter, Cynthia Hammonds; granddaughter, Courtney Hammonds; sister, Wilma Parrott; brother-in-law, Jim Ball and several nieces and nephews.
A Private Family Graveside Service will be held Saturday, April 18, 2020, 3:00pm at Lynnhurst Cemetery, 2300 Adair Drive, Knoxville, officiated by Randy Ball.
