Bessie B. Payne

Payne, Bessie B. 79 of Knoxville went to be with the Lord Tuesday October 23, 2012. She was a member of Black Oak Heights Baptist Church. Bessie retired from Sears as a Receiving Clerk and loved to travel. She was preceded in death by parents, John W. and Rae Loggins Bishop and Sister, Louise Bean. Survived by husband of 61 years Milford Payne, Son and daughter- in- law Mike and Linda Payne. Brother Glen and Loretta Bishop. Sisters and brothers- in- law Della and Bob Phillips, Virginia and Harold Russell, Vivian and Ken Phelps. Brother-in-law Bob Bean. Grandchildren Rob and Kim and several Nieces and Nephews. Special friend Tina Whitson. Family will receive friends Friday, October 26, 2012 at Weaver Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Service will follow at 8:00 P.M. with Rev. Bob Bean officiating.
