Barbara June Morgan

Barbara June Morgan, age 89, of Brentwood/Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Monday, November 22, 2021. Barbara was born October 10, 1932. She was a longtime member of Third Baptist Church. Barbara was a caregiver to her husband, Bill Morgan for many years. She was a member of the Marine Corps League and R.O.P.E. (Retired Organization for Professional Entertainers). Barbara worked in the office at GENESCO on 7th Ave. and was also a interior decorator for Payne Furniture/ Tarkington Show Room.

She was preceded in death by husband, William Turner "Bill" Morgan; sisters, Mary Jo Jacoway and Maria Elliott.

Barbara is survived by brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Ann Stone; nephew, Joey Stone.

To celebrate her life, Barbara June would like for friends and loved ones to go to a restaurant of their choosing, toast her and make memories of a lifetime. The graveside service will be held at 1 pm, April 30, 2022 at Spring Hill Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Rd., Nashville, TN 37216. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Paralyzed Veterans Association or an charity of your choice.
