Preceeded in death by his father Cliff Hicks and sister Karen L. Hicks.
Survivors include his mother Lorraine A. Hicks and life partner Carolyn Randolph, brothers and sister Paul (Diane) Hicks, Susie (Bill) Anderson, Cindy Hicks, Connie (Mike) Smith, Ann Davidson, Richard Hicks and Michael Hicks
Allen was a beloved son, brother, uncle, father, grandfather, and friend to many.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to US CAV (United States Citizens Aiding Veterans) 6617 Trinity Dr., Knoxville, TN 37918.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8pm in the Lynnhurst/Greenwood Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 8 pm with Rev. Geoff Prows and Rev. Jody Darden officiating. Friends may leave their condolences at www.lynnhurstchapel.com.
