Mrs. Alice Hill Alice Hill O'Mary

O’Mary, Alice Hill, age 96, born in Louisville, TN in 1915, stepped into the Holy City of God on Wednesday November 2, 2011. “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith.” II Timothy 4:7 She was a member of Harlo White Ministries, Chicago, IL. She was preceded in death by: husband Robert Lee O’Mary; children: Ronnie O’Mary, Marvin O’Mary, and Jewell Leffew; grandson Chester Freels; Alice was the last of her generation, having outlived all of her brothers and sisters. Survivors include: children: Sandra (Blaine) Leatherwood, Larry O’Mary, Marlene (Buddy) Williams, Ted O’Mary, David O’Mary, Nancy (Billy)Peak, and Jeff (Kathy) O’Mary; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Saturday November 5th from 11am to 1pm with the funeral service to follow at 1pm at McCarty-Evergreen Funeral Home with Rev. Ted O’Mary and Rev. David O’Mary officiating, and Pastor Harlo White will be ministering to the family members. The interment will follow in Louisville Cemetery.
