I am sorry to hear about Aaron's passing.  What a amazing gentlemen he was.  We became very close and spent a lot of time together for a few years in our twenties, along with his parents, Jimmy and Pat.  I have thought about Aaron most every day and always in my thoughts and prayers.  He will be dearly missed.

I got to know Aaron a little over 20 years ago. We would both spend time at the Gibbs High track exercising. I would usually see Aaron on Sunday afternoons. We got to know each other well, and spoke at length about our Lord and our purpose while we made laps. We also spent time talking about fun things like his love of Jackson Hole Wyoming and fishing.

Aaron is a great fellow, and I'm comforted to know he is in good hands and we'll get to have many great talks in the future.



I can remember the first day of first grade when I met someone who perhaps could be considered to be one of my first best friends. Aaron and I remained the best of friends throughout the next 12 years of school.  Jimmy, Pat and Aaron were much more like a second family to me and were always very kind.  Aaron was truly a “brother” as we played sports together for many years culminating in being captains for our varsity football team.  We remained close as we went off to college and we’re living across the hall from one another in the same dorm.  Fond memories and you shall be missed but never forgotten

I am so saddened to hear about Aaron’s death—and, simultaneously, grateful that when he drew his last breath on Earth he opened his eyes in Heaven. I will always remember his goodness, kindness, patience, the steady faith he demonstrated and that million dollar smile.  He was beloved by all of us in the Class of ‘81. May God bless the family and those closest to him with courage and peace in the challenging weeks and months ahead. 

I didn’t have the honor of knowing Aaron personally, but he was a casual acquaintance. Always friendly, always pleasant and so sincere. His parents were wonderful as well. I’m so sorry for the loss of such a wonderful person.

Aaron was always a stand up guy to me. I got to spend a couple hours with him this past July, and got to tell him of a couple of specific times that he made a huge impact on me. He and his parents were wonderful people and I am sure they are having a great reunion in Heaven. RIP Tater....

Aaron was such a beautiful person . He was a man of few words but his kind and loving eyes told a million things, we were not always close as first cousins but I loved aunt Pat and Jimmy and I loved Aaron and very proud to say he was my family, a great man and my heart and prayers for Ann and girls . It brings me great sadness to hear of the passing of Aaron Lett. He was a good friend and a God fearing Christian. I , UPS, and the world knewhim to be a great example of how God wants us to live. Aaron was your quarterback back high school fine man he will be miss prayers and condolences for the family 

I immediately was heartbroken to hear of Aaron’s passing! He and I had not had much contact since high school but saw him occasionally. We had great times in school and I loved his face when someone was doing something crazy, he would just give that serious quiet look with a smirk then quickly turn to that beautiful smile! Aaron was one of the sweetest guys I knew, always polite and respectful, but he could be so much fun. He and I had a blast in Mrs DeVault’s English class. She turned the desks facing each other and Aaron and I were right across from each other. It was 10:00 class and Aaron wound yawn and it would make me yawn, I would yawn and make him yawn, we did this all the time and then just bust out laughing and Mrs DeVault would say something so funny and grumpy like and we would just keep laughing. I will miss knowing this fella is not on this earth influencing lives, but I know he is with our father. Rest In Peace friend and know you made a difference! 

I am so grateful that Aaron and Anne found each other.  Aaron greatly enriched the lives of Anne and the girls and, in turn, they greatly enriched his life.  Although their time together has been cut short, they were given so many wonderful years together with so many wonderful memories to cherish.  Even a huricane couldn't stop them.  

We are so sad to hear of Aaron's passing. He fought a long hard fight. UPS Knoxville feeder department has lost a good ambassador for sure. We will all miss him as our friend and coworker. Our prayers are with all his friends and family that the healing hand of God will lay on all of our hearts.

As a fellow UPSer I understand how much it defines whom we are to others and ourselves. I first met Aaron as a young supervisor and came to admire him for many reasons- he didn’t complain, he did what he said he would do, and he finished his job. But these small qualities belied a much bigger person. And he was a UPSer, a person that taught others, especially me, how to do the job, but more importantly, how to treat others, as the individuals they are.
Aaron, we will miss you. Condolences to the family- you lost a loved one that we were all lucky to know.

I'm was sorry to receive the news of Aaron's passing.  We worked side by side almost 10 early on in our careers at UPS.
Aaron's love of God, nature and fishing was evident. He was always a polite and reserved gentleman under any circumstance.  Our careers took different paths when he joined the feeder team driving the big trucks. I always admired his professionalism when we crossed paths. Oh my, where do I start???  The first day I met Aaron Lett, I fell in love with him as a great friend.  His infectious smile, his soft personality, his dry sense of humor,  and his love for Anne & those girls.. we spent our time at registration @ Hanna Cancer Associates talking about them and his eyes lit up with those talks. I spent much time kidding him about marriage and commitment but this was truly a man committed to this family.  We often talked about GOD and our relationships with HIM.  I love you Aaron Ty Lett and will miss you dearly.  So rest in peace my sweet friend until we meet again...

April and I are so broken hearted but we know Aaron was loved well in this life and he is happy in his heavenly home!! He will always be remembered by us, a man who loved the Lord and others!! And I love how he would let this girls of his dress him up!! Priceless!
