Passed away suddenly on Friday, February 24, 2017, at the age of 73 years. Beloved wife of the late Carlos Moreira (2010). Dear mother of Lucas Moreira and his wife Diana. Loved grandmother of Colin and Dylon Moreira. Dear sister of Alzira Medeiros and her husband Fernando. Zelia will be dearly missed by her friends and family in Canada and Portugal.
