Peacefully at Grand River Hospital on Friday, April 19, 2013 in his 74th year. Predeceased by his loving wife, Veronica, Ray will be dearly missed by his children Shaun (Jane) Perkins of Waterloo, Michala “Micki” (Jason) Chenier of Kitchener and Nathan (Jenny) Fry of London. He leaves precious memories with his grandchildren; Keefer, Christianne, Andrew, Madilyn, Logan and Hannah, as well as with his nephew Lorenzo Papastopol.
The Perkins Family will receive friends at the Westmount Funeral Chapel, 1001 Ottawa St. S. 519-743-8900, on Sunday, April 21 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Service to celebrate the life of Ray Perkins will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday at 2:00 p.m., cremation to follow. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Children’s Wish Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
