We, the Vongkhamchanh Family, Goodwin Family, Kingphilavanh Family, Ti Do Family, and Souksanh Family are sad to inform our relatives and friends in Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding area that our beloved daughter, sister and niece had passed away at 1:35PM on Wednesday January 08, 2014 at McMaster Children Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario due to an illness at the age of 12 years old.
Friends may visit at Westmount Funeral Home on Thursday January 16, 2014 from 6:00pm-9:00 pm and Friday January 17, 2014 from 4:00pm-8:00pm. A funeral service will take place on Saturday January 18, 2014 at 9:00am. Interment at Williamsburg Cemetery to follow at 11:00am on same day. After interment, family would like to invite everyone for a reception at the family home --105 Selkirk Drive, Kitchener.
