Mary Patricia Kuhn, B.A., M.A., past graduate of University of Waterloo, died on January 16, 2016 in her 77th year, at her home in Kitchener, Ontario. Born in Brantford, she resided in Kitchener since 1969. She is a past member of the Canadian Authors Association, the Waterloo Community Arts Centre, and the Ontario Artists Association. She leaves behind a son Derek and three children from an earlier marriage Wendy, Gordon and Bobby, as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is previously deceased by two brothers Robert and Jon and her parents.*
Her daughter, Wendy Day, passed away on July 3, 2015. At Mary’s request there will be no funeral service or visitation; cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be kindly appreciated, and may be arranged for by calling Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, Kitchener, 519-743-8900.
