Passed away on September 4, 2021 just shy of his 86th birthday. We are grateful for the gift of Louis’ life and rejoice that he is together again with his beloved wife, Marlene who died in 2010.
Louis was a dedicated father to Trevor, his wife Janice and Lloyd, his wife Tawni. Affectionately known as Farfar, he was a loving grandfather to Jacob, Charlotte, Adam, and Levi.
Predeceased by his parents Al and Clara Klarke, Louis is survived by his sister and dear friend Dorrit, his niece Kristine, her husband Derek and their children Jack, Alexander, Gracia, Evangeline, Gabriel and Anastasia.
Louis was blessed with a community of great friends throughout his life and the family is grateful for their support in his last years, especially Marj Ambrose.
There will be an open visitation on October 3rd from 3pm-5pm at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener. A funeral service will be held on October 4th at 11am at Trillium Lutheran Church, 22 Willow St., Waterloo.
