Karl was the son of Christine and Georg Juhn (both deceased) and brother of Jakob Juhn (deceased). Karl is survived by his brother Franz Juhn (Erna) and sister Helen Jaeger (Horst) as well as his brother-in-law Wilhelm Huber (Julie) and sister-in-law Eva Skrapits and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He came to Canada to provide a better life for his loved ones and in the process instilled strong family values and a strong work ethic to those near and dear to him.
Karl greatly enjoyed making his own wine and growing fruit in his backyard, and loved sharing the fruits of his efforts with friends and family. He also lived a faith centered life and was a long-standing member of Pilgrim Lutheran Church. Karl gathered family and friends in his daily prayers and was proud to say that he had read the bible cover-to-cover a number of times.
Karl will be greatly missed at Tansley Woods where he volunteered his time to help staff and other residents and was much loved by all. He had a great sense of humour, injecting energy and happiness into the home. Many thanks to Tansley Woods staff for their friendship and compassionate care.
