With her family by her side, Juanita peacefully passed away at home in Kitchener, On Sunday October 9, 2016 at the age of 55. Survived by her parents Rita Hicks and William Hicks (Jill). Loving mother of James Tremblett (Sandi) and Michelle Tremblett (Mark). Proud sister of Mario (Lori), Brenda (Joseph), and Derrick (Mary). Cherished grandmother of Justin, Mariah and Emily. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. After a short courageous battle with illness Juanita is now at peace, May she fly with the Angels in heaven.
