SNELL, Ellen M. With profound sadness the family announces the passing of Ellen Snell at Grand River Hospital, Freeport Health Care Centre on Tuesday, October 29, 2013, in her 84th year. Loving mother to Robert (Lilian) and Betty Stevenson (Bob) all of Wellesley, Marjorie Falk (Tony Bilic), Norman (Sandy) and William all of Kitchener, respected grandma to Michael, Jessica, Jason, Mark, Ryan, Matthew, Amber, Laurie and Lisa, great- grandma to Brett, Elizabeth, Eric, Gavin, Tyler, Benjamin Andrew, Kayla, Mariah, Isaiah, Noah, Logan and Evan and great-great-grand- daughter Jozlyn. Predeceased by her parents William Wilkie and Winnifred Gardiner, her husband Norman in 2010, one son Randy 2012 and three sisters, Dora, Luella and Audrey. The Snell family will receive friends at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Ellen's life will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. from the funeral home chapel, reception to follow in the Ratz-Bechtel Family Centre and donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetic Association or the Grand River Regional Hospital Renal Department as expressions of sympathy through the Funeral Home.
