Passed away on May 29, 2012 at 90 years of age at The Westmount Long Term Care. Beloved mother of Franklin and Ellen; Trevor and Krista. Dear Nana of Jason(Tamara), Jermaine; Michelle. Michael and Ann.
Also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
Dorothy was born in Jamaica in 1922, the oldest of 8 children. She immigrated to England in 1961 with her two young sons where she worked as a nurse, retiring to Canada in later years to spend time with her grandchildren. Cremation arrangements entrusted to Westmount Funeral Chapel, 1001 Ottawa St. S. (519-743-8900). Her final resting place will be in Jamaica. The family would like to extend thanks to Westmount Long Term Care and a very special thanks to the entire staff of the Kingsdale Unit.
