The former Doris Baker, aged 90 years.
Doris was a member of Beth Jacob Synagogue, a life member of the Hadassah and had served in Britain, in the A.T.S. as a Sergeant, during the 2nd W.W.
Loving mother to Helen of Waterloo, Terence of Waterloo, and Denis and his wife Arlene of Kitchener and their children Geoffrey and Grahame, also survived by a niece and a nephew, Elisabeth and Edward Baker of Leeds, England and cousins Corrine and Maurice Flowers of Great Britain.
Predeceased by her parents Hyman Baker and Rachel Flowers, her husband Cyril in 2009 and one brother Sydney.
A funeral service will be held today (Monday) at 2:00 pm from Beth Jacob Synagogue with Cantor Avram Fisher officiating. Interment will be in Beth Jacob Cemetery and donations may be made to the K-W Hadassah-WIZO as expressions of sympathy through the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 519-745-9495, Shiva will be observed at 455 Thorndale Dr., Waterloo.
