Arnold Gubler

With great sorrow Arnold’s family announces his passing at Grand River Hospital on Sunday, December 18th, 2016 in his 90th year. Much loved husband of Edith, he will be dearly missed by his children Ralph Gubler (Sue) and Karin Ehmke (Brad). Arnold leaves precious memories with his grandchildren Ryan and Alina Gubler and Jakob and Laura Ehmke. Loving brother of Erna Atamaniuk (the late William) and Adolf Gubler (Carol). Predeceased by his parents Jakob and Mathilde Gubler, siblings Andreas (Hildegard), Ludwig (Clara), Willi (Barbara), August, Bernhardt, Edward, Julius. Arnold will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Son-in-law of the late David and Helene Ott, and brother-in-law of the late Ursula Tukums. Arnold’s Family will receive friends at the Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S. on Wednesday from 5-7 p.m., and on Thursday from 12:30 until service time at 1:00 p.m. in the Westmount Chapel with Rev. Dr. William Mundt officiating. Private interment will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Breslau. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or Bethel Lutheran Church are greatly appreciated.
