Passed away at Grand River Hospital on April 6, 2013 in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of Eva Penkert, father of Sylvia and her husband Wayne Brubacher. Grandfather of Sonja Brubacher and her partner Ken Sellers and David Brubacher and his family. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial will be held on Wednesday April 10, 2013 at 1:00 pm followed by a service of remembrance at 2:00 pm at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King Street West, Kitchener. 519-745-9495.
