Rafael Rivera Torres, 64, of Kissimmee, Florida was transitioned to heaven on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 after a long battle with COPD. Born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico on January 10, 1948, he was the son of the late Martiniano Rivera and the late Celestina Torres.
He was a loving father, a beloved brother, a favored uncle and always tried to bring a smile to everyone’s face. He will be sorely missed.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 30, 2012 from 3 - 7 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home and Crematory.
A service to celebrate Rafael’s life will follow at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Grissom Funeral Home and Crematory.
