Valerie Ninettet Garcia

In 1984, she married her husband, Jose Garcia. They raised two children together.

She was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother. She would enjoy watching sports with her husband and spending time with her family. She loved Star Wars and enjoyed listening to a variety of music including Prince and Journey. She also enjoyed cooking for her family and friends.

Valerie worked for Dayton ISD Transportation for over 17 years where she always cared for children as if they were her own.

Valerie will forever be missed by her husband for over 35 years, Jose, and her children, Joe and Victoria. She also leaves behind her six grandchildren, Caleb, Jayden, Isabella, Michael, Adam and Elijah. She is survived by her father, Manuel M. Zapata Sr., mother, Consuelo Zapata, brother, Manuel M. Zapata Jr., sister, Consuelo G. Zapata (Shelly) and several nephews, nieces and friends.

A visitation for Valerie will be held on Friday, April 16, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kingwood Funeral Home, 22800 Hwy 59 North, Kingwood, TX 77339. The service will occur Friday, April 16, 2021 at 7:00 PM.
