Tammy D. Fairfax, 51, of Humble, passed away on September 24, 2014. She was born on May 16, 1963, in Columbus, GA to Douglas and Grace Webb.
Tammy is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Kevin J. Rodriguez; children, Chris Cook (Lena), Mary Cook (Jody), Terri Fairfax (Roberto), Frankie Fairfax and Kevin J. Rodriguez, Jr.; grandchildren, Cody Cook, Chelsea Rabon, Ceaser Andrade and Makayla Key; parents, Doug and Grace Webb; siblings, Brian Webb (Peggy), Sally Norton and Tony Webb (Mary).
The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 28, 2014 at Kingwood Funeral Home, 22800 Highway 59 North, Kingwood, TX 77339.
