Shaun Michael Hagy

Shaun was born to Dee and Patricia Hagy on January 15, 1981 in Clear Lake City, Texas. He graduated from Kingwood High School in 1999 and received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University in 2004.

Shaun started his career in real estate and, in 2005, was designated Rookie of the Year by the Texas Homebuilders Association. He was pursuing a Master of Science in Economic Development and Entrepreneurship from the University of Houston.

Shaun was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a loving and very popular uncle to his many nieces and nephews. Shaun was a member of Kingwood United Methodist Church, where he taught Vacation Bible School.

Shaun is survived by his parents, Dee and Patricia Hagy of Kingwood; his sister, Jennifer Terrill, and brother-in-law, Justin Terrill of Richmond, Texas; his maternal grandmother, Inez Gilden of Aransas Pass, Texas; his paternal grandparents, Dale and Norma Hagy of Aransas Pass; and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Eddie S. Gilden Sr.

Because of his love of children, in lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the March of Dimes.
