

Nancy Mae Bagozzi, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to many, passed away on January 17th, 2024 in Atascocita, TX. She was born on March 22nd, 1941 in Cumberland County, Kentucky. Nancy's life was one filled with love, adventure, and compassion.
As a mother to Donna Smith and Donene Bagozzi-Telly, Nancy poured her heart into raising her daughters with unwavering devotion. Her love extended to her grandchildren Adam Smith and his wife Vanessa Smith as well as granddaughter Nancy Telly; she cherished every moment spent with them. The arrival of great-grandson Noah Smith brought immeasurable joy into Nancy's life.
Throughout her lifetime, Nancy had an insatiable wanderlust that led her to travel across numerous countries and visit countless awe-inspiring sites. Her adventurous spirit knew no bounds as she embraced new cultures and experiences wherever she went.
In the last seven years of her life, Nancy found solace in the loving companionship of Charles Worthen who provided her with boundless love and support during their time together.
Nancy is preceded in death by several loved ones including her parents Elsie Smith and Willie Smith; husband Donald Bagozzi; sisters Manette Holmes and Marie Curry; brother Jack Smith; nephew Phillip Holmes; son-in-law Warren Smith; as well as partner Charles Worthen.
Her passing leaves behind a void that cannot be easily filled for those who were fortunate enough to have known this remarkable woman. In addition to family members mentioned earlier are nieces, nephews along with grandnieces & grandnephews whose lives were touched by Nancy's kindness throughout the years.
Nancy Mae Bagozzi will forever be remembered for being an extraordinary mother who exemplified strength through adversity while also being a loyal friend whose warmth brightened even the darkest days. Her legacy will live on through the memories shared by those whose lives she touched so deeply.
