I am shocked and saddened to hear that Mike has died. To all of the family I express my condolances and keep you in my prayers.Though Mike and I havent worked together since he left Norfolk for Houston we had a working relationship during his years in Norfolk with Esso.I hired Mike for the oil heat sales position which was the start of his long and sussessful career.

Pam and Mike Jr.
I met Mike on the Kempsville Meadows Golf Course in Virginia in 1965. Although we haven't seen each other for years, we kept in touch with Christmas cards and such, usually lamenting the decline in our golf games as the years rolled by. Mike was a good friend and a good man, and will be missed. Our condolences to the family.

Mike was my friend for 50 years,and I will miss him. He was my golf partner for 25 yrs.before moving to Houston. I will remember his quick wit and his ability with anything that involved numbers. I am so glad to have known him

Since 1974, Mike Sr. was the leader of our fantasy baseball league. Whenever a problem came up, he would resolve it in the most fair and honest way.  His leadership and guidance will be truly missed by all members of our league.  Rest in peace, Mike.

Pam, I am so sorry we lost touch so many years ago.  I remember Mike as a great big brother!  I enjoyed spending summers with him and his family in Chesapeake, VA for many years.  You and the rest of Mike's family are in my prayers.

We from the Class of 1956, Norview High School, Norfolk, VA., had the distinct pleasure of going to high school with Mike and having his father coach our basketball team  We were blessed with their presence.

We loved Mike as much now as we did in high school, and we are so sorry to lose him.  He was loved and admired, as I'm sure you could tell at our 50th Reunion -- and you became a part of us and we fell in love with you too those nights.  You two were so precious.

May God give you the strength you will need during this time of grief.
