Funeral services for George Newton Davis, 72, of New Caney, will be held at 11:00am, Monday, July 25, 2022 at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church, 20000 TX-494 Loop, New Caney, with a rosary beginning at 10:00am.
Interment will be held at 1:30pm at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr., Houston, Texas.
Visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00pm, Sunday, July 24, 2022 at Kingwood Funeral Home, 22800 Hwy 59 N., Kingwood, Texas. Following the visitation, dinner will be served at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church at 4:30pm, the family welcomes all to come.
Mr. Davis was born August 12, 1949 in Weatherford, Texas to parents, John Christian Davis and Mary Lena (McNay) Davis and passed away on July 3, 2022 in Kingwood, Texas. He graduated from Weatherford High School, Class of 1969. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.
Mr. Davis is survived by his wife, Debbie L. Davis; daughter, Kristy Davis of Splendora; sons, Patrick Davis of New Caney, Nick Davis of Porter, and Christopher Davis of Dayton; grandchildren, Kayleigh, Conner, Patience, Mikaela, Taylor, Kaitlynn, and Wyatt; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be: Efren Serna, Mike Borski, Greg Metoyer, Francisco Adame Jr., Angel Ruiz, Tino Cruz, Freddie Santos, and grandson, Conner Davis.
