Gary was born on June 7, 1950 to Curtis and Autherene Crim. He graduated from Waltrip High School. Retired, he enjoyed carpentry, gardening, nature, fishing, jamming to classic rock, blues, and country music. Mostly, he loved being with family and the family’s pets. Gary proudly served his country in the 101st Airborne Division and was deployed to Camp Eagle 1970 – 1971 during the Vietnam War. He was so proud to be a veteran, and of all military members.
