Debra Bauer

Debra Susan Bauer (“Debi”) born in Orange, New Jersey on November 19, 1955, died peacefully and surrounded by friends and family on June 8, 2012 at the age of 56 after a courageous battle with cancer. Raised in West Caldwell, New Jersey by her parents Arthur and Virginia Bauer, she attended James Caldwell High School and Montclair State University. She proudly worked as a flight attendant for People Express and Continental Airlines for 28 years until her recent retirement. Debi loved her family, friends and pets more than anything followed by an enjoyment of the beach and traveling. She is preceded in death by her father (Arthur A. Bauer) and her grandparents. Survivors include her ex-husband and best friend, Jeffrey Taylor of Kingwood, TX; Mother, Virginia Bauer of Sebastian, FL; Sisters, Jeanne Dailey and husband Vince of Wichita, KS, Janice Lynch and husband Bill of Sebastian, FL, Carol Bauer of Sacramento, CA; Brother, Stephen Bauer and wife Milvia of Paterson, NJ; Nieces, Katelynn Bauer and Keycha Bauer; and Nephews, Eric Bauer and Christopher Dailey. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Kingwood Funeral Home, 22800 Highway 59 North, Kingwood, Texas, with a reception to follow from 3 to 5 pm at the Amadeus Restaurant in Kingwood, TX.
