Betsy was a beloved figure, known for her humor, wit, and caring nature. She was the life of the party and touched the hearts of everyone she met. Betsy's generosity knew no bounds, always ready to help others in need.
Betsy attended Hopewell High School and went on to attend and graduate from the University of Mary Washington with a degree in Education.
With a career spanning over 40 years in education, Betsy was a cherished teacher who left a lasting impact on her students. For 30 years she worked in the Humble Independant School District at Kingwood Middle School where she taught 8th Grade Science making a significant difference in the lives of many.
She leaves behind her sons, Donald Gould wife Shanon and David Gould wife Vickie.
Grandchildren Blake Gould fiancé Katie Woodeshick, Jordan Hutto wife Shannon, Cameron Hutto wife Grayce, Brandon Hutto fiancé Valerie Henson, Stormee Dunn husband Brian and Ray Lewis wife Francesca.
Great Grandchildren Kaden Lewis, Logan Dunn, Kash Dunn , Kyler Lewis and McCoy Hutto.

Betsy was preceded in death by her mother Cora Wells Johnson, father Walter Ross Johnson, and sister Ann Johnson Hill.
Betsy found joy in playing Bridge and card games with her friends, and worshipped at Atascocita Presbyterian Church.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with the funeral service taking place on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 2:00 pm. The services will be held at Kingwood Funeral Home in Kingwood, Texas with a private graveside burial following at Rosewood Cemetery in Humble, Texas.
Betsy Ross Gould will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched.
