Roel “Homie” Garza, of Ricardo, Texas, passed away on Monday, September 5, 2011, at the age of 54, after losing a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on November 28, 1956, at San Diego, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eva and Raul Vidal.
