Erasmo "Bone" Perez Jr.

Erasmo “Bone” Perez Jr., age 53, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2012 in Kingsville. He was born January 22, 1959 in Kingsville to Erasmo Perez Sr. and Estella Flores Perez. Mr. Perez was employed for Mundy Corporation as an instrumental electrical foreman. He was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church. Mr. Perez was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.

He was preceded in death by his father, Erasmo Perez Sr.

Survivors, all of Kingsville, include his wife of 28 years, Belinda M. Perez; two sons, Elan Jose Perez and Erasmo Eli Perez; mother, Estella F. Perez; three brothers, Ernesto Perez, Robert Flores and Joe Perez; and three nephews, Dante Cantu, Ernie Perez and Eric Perez.

Visitation will take place from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 3, 2012 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 1102 East Kleberg Street, Kingsville, with Fr. Peter Thenan as celebrant. Burial will follow in Kingsville at Chamberlain Cemetery with full military honors provided by the Veterans of Kleberg County Military Funeral Detail.

Active pallbearers will be Manuel Canales Garza, Robert Flores, Robert Anthony Flores Jr., Benjamin Olivarez, Juan Curiel, Joe Mendez, Octavio Jose Rodriguez and Rodolfo "Rudy" Galvan.

Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
