I can't lie and say that I knew Terry very well. What I can say though, is he loved and supported my 2nd momma Cynthia like no other. He brought so much joy, love and laughter into her life. Joy that others had tried to rob and steal from her. He stood by her when she went through her darkest days and stood firmly beside her being whatever she needed him to be in the moment. Any man that can do what he did for her has to be an amazing, compassionate, genuine, loving, funny, and a bright light. I am so grateful to him for how he loved Cynthia. Many of us search our whole lives for a love like that and never find it. My heart is so broken that such an exceptional man was stolen from one of my most favorite people in the world 💔

Terry was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He always had words of wisdom to pass on with a great story along with it. One memory i will forever chairish with him was a summer when he took me out on the truck with him to NY. He was one of the big reasons i wanted to be a truck driver for so long, until i realized that you cannot look out the side window the whole time. Lol. It was one of the most positive experiences I have had. He was the best male role model I have ever had in my life. I am very greatful he was able to come out and see the life and family I have made for myself and make him proud. It's a damn shame he is not here today.. I will always appreciate him being such a great partner to my granny and being by her side through everything. We love you terry and you will be missed.

Terry was an amazing man! My memories of him is seeing him in the salon when he came with Cynthia. He would love/play with their little dog and would join in conversation with Cynthia and I.  He was sooooooo full of joy all the time. He brought laughter and joy to everyone.  A lot of times he would even tells us about his truck driving stories.  My favorite story was how Terry and Cynthia met.  When Terry and Cynthia  were together you could instantly see how much love they had for each other.  He truly loved Cynthia, his girls and his animals.  I will forever miss our talks, your smile, your laughter and joy.  Praying for everyone.

So sad to know of Terry’s passing. He was a classmate and a coworker at Winn Dixie. I remember him and Melvin playing chicken with the grocery carts.

Cynthia and family our hearts break for you in the sudden and unexpected loss of Terry. Although we didn't know him for very long, he made an impression from the very first meeting. He was genuine, caring, non judgemental and funny. He had the ability  to put anyone at ease within minutes of meeting him. I walked away from that first meeting feeling like I had always known him. 
His level of integrity, honesty, gentleness and caring was admirable. He was comfortable in his own skin.
Thankful for the memories, sad that time won't  allow more. We've lost a wonderful man. A good man.
Cynthia it was apparent that you and Terry were soulmates. The love of each others life without question, glowed from you both. We are so very sorry for your loss.

To Cynthia and family of Terry Charles. May our thoughts and prayers be with you. Terry was such a nice Man. With only meeting Him several times, you felt like you had known Him a long time. He will surely  be missed by all  . He had a lot of living left to do with His and Cynthia's families and Chewy. Rest in Peace Terry. My Condolences to the family of Terry and Cynthia.  Terry was a man that would give his shirt off his back if he thought you needed it. I would know he helped me once and barely knew me.He was always kind and honest and Loyal. Terry carried a light with him that burned in the darkest of times. I feel blessed knowing that I got to know him for a short time.

Oh my goodness! This was such a shock. Our hearts go out to Cynthia, Brittany, and Melissa, with all our love. It was always so much fun when Terry, Cynthia, Harley and Chewy came to visit. Of course, most of the fun was picking on Terry by Kat siding with Cynthia on every single thing we talked about, even as to whether his jokes were funny! He was so much fun to pick on! Terry, was a person that always encouraged me to stay focused. We met in 2019 in Front Royal, VA. I liked him,  from the get go, he was a honest man, and if you lied to him, he called you out right then. 

He loved his family,  we would share about our families. I will miss talking to him.

Terry always had a joke or an adage to share. He was always smiling and made others smile too. More than anything, Terry liked to pick on you  and be picked on in return! The most beautiful thing about Terry was how much he obviously loved and supported our sister Cynthia.   Bryan summed it up concisely -- Terry was a good man.  He will be missed.
