Teddy L. Moorehouse, 60, of Gray, TN, transitioned from this life on Sunday, June 16, 2013, at James H. Quillen VA Medical Center.
A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at 2:30 pm at James H. Quillen VA Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to attend.
Those he left behind include his loving wife and best friend, Vicki Moorehouse; his son, Russell Langnehs, Russell's wife, Annmarie; his grandchildren, Tapanga, and 3 month old twins, Russell Eugene and Jerzi Raquel; sister, Beth Roberts and family; and sister, Tammy Mitchell and family.
Teddy retired from the United States Navy after 20 years of service in 1991. Teddy's life goals were to serve God, make a difference, help people, and have fun. Teddy owed his life to the program of Alcoholics Anonymous. He was currently employed by Watauga Recovery Centers and Vista Recovery Systems.
