Phyllis White, 77, of Kingsport, passed away on Tuesday, morning December 13, 2022 at the Holston Valley Medical Center. She was born to the late William Carl and Mary Magdalene (McCrary) Wexler.
Phyllis attended Wayland Baptist Church before her health declined. She retired from Eastman Chemical Company after many years of dedicated service. Phyllis was a loving mother sister, aunt and friend. In her free time she enjoyed crafts, painting and bowling.
In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her sister, Ruby Lee Brooks.
Survivors include her son, Billy White; along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
The White family will honor Phyllis’s life with a Graveside Service on Monday, afternoon December 19, 2022 in the Garden of the Mausoleum in East Lawn Memorial Park beginning at 2 pm with Rev. Cory Brooks officiating.
