Patty Sue Johnson

Patty grew up in the Maryland & D.C. area with her brothers and sisters Carolyn, Phyllis,

William, Keith. Patty lived in Bluefield, Virginia for some time before settling in Kingsport,

Tennessee where she remained until her passing. She was dedicated to her career as a driver.

She was known for her hard work ethic. Patty found the Lord and became a dedicated follower

of Christ. She had a lighthearted sense of humor about life and could make those around her

laugh. She will be missed by her surviving siblings, children and grandchildren.

Patty is preceded in death by her mother Freda Knott, father Billy Jack Greer and

grandson Alec Dean. She is survived by her two children Ashley Powers of Kingsport, TN and

Justin Lovell of Bluefield, Va, 6 grandchildren and siblings Phyllis Beers (David) of Fredrick, MD,

William Greer (Tina) of Lexington Park, MD, Keith Greer (Kathy) Huntingtown, MD and Carolyn

Vargas of Salisbury, NC. The celebration of life service for Patty Johnson will be held on

October 26, 2024 from 3-5 at LightHouse Bible Church, 371 Pleasant Hill Road in Blountville,

TN 37617.
