Louis "Bud" B. Peery Jr.

Louis B. Peery, Jr. age 68 of Elizabethton passed away Monday at NHC Healthcare, Johnson City, TN.

Louis “Bud” Peery, Jr. was born September 9, 1941 in Norton, Virginia to Louis B. Peery, Sr. and Eula Peery. He has resided in Kingsport for the last 5 years and formerly in Needville, Texas. Bud was a Veteran of the United States Army and was retired from Convenience Cleaners. He attended The Assembly of God Church, Needville, TX. And Temple Baptist Church, Kingsport. He will be remembered as a loving father.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Roberta Robbie Peery.

Suriving are his family; daughters, Aundrea Pearman, Kingsport, Amy Price, Elizabethton, Charity Higgins, Johnson City, Kayla Barnes Peery, Kingsport. Sons, Jeff Peery, Kingsport and Steven Peery, Johnson City, Kingsport. Grandchildren, Seth Pearman, Noah Pearman, Gracie Price, Clay Higgins and Thaddeus Higgins. Brother, Tom Peery, Columbia, KY and Crystal Beth Longdon, Oakridge, TN., Nephew, Conner Salley.

Visitaiton will be Wednesday, April 14, 2010 from 12 noon to 2 pm at East Lawn Funeral Home, funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 pm with Pastor Brian Shuler, officiating. Graveside services will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
