Karon Dee Cole

A sweet lady and a good mom. A lover of animals, she loved painting crafts with her sister and studying God's word.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, sister, aunt and mother-in-law.

Karon was preceded in death by her parents: Charles J. and Joyce N. Rittenour; grandparents: Clarence E. and Thelma B. Herron and William Ritenour; sister-in-law: Angel Rittenour; her special "Star Trek" nephew: Matt Clanton and her husband: David Cole.

She is survived by her daughters: Rebecca "Becky" (Chris) Hackler, April Cole and Ginny Gilbert. Grandchildren: David Cole, Rorri "A.J." Clanton, Emily Smith, J.D. Aldro, Xavier Aldro, Arili Olsen, Tanner Roberts, Abby Jensen, Leesa Phillips, Cadence Phillips, Conner Hackler, Chloe Hackler and Cayden Hackler. Sister: Sharon Bailey; brothers: Don Rittenour and Roger Rittenour. Special niece and nephews: Kim Clanton, Austin Clanton, Jaydn Ratliff "Bubbers" and Joseph Ratliff along with many other nieces and nephews. And of course her precious fur babies: Midnight and Buddy Boy.

A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, April 11, 2025 at Sunnyside Baptist Church at 7:00 PM with Pastor Bill Sims officiating. Visitation with her family will begin at 5:00 PM at the church.
