Eva Katherine Ramsey Mullins, age 87, entered into rest at her residence. She was born in Collinwood, Tennessee and was a longtime resident of Kingsport. Eva was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. and Mrs. Perry E. Ramsey; her husband, Bert Mullins; siblings , Albert Ramsey, Delbert Ramsey, Gertrude Dixon, Debbie Dixon, Coble Ramsey. Survivors include her son, Johnny Moore; daughter, Demetria Harr; four grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; one brother, Perry Ramsey, Jr.; one sister, Freedia Kay. Her favorite past time was fishing. Graveside services will be held Saturday, 2:00 p.m. at East Lawn Memorial Park.
