He was a caregiver for many years to his late wife, Suzanne. He enjoyed golfing, bowling and spending time with his family and friends. Don was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend; he will be greatly missed.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Cindi Thornton & husband John; granddaughter, Savannah Compton; two sisters, Nancy Collins & husband Fred and Bonnie Smith & husband Lee; and a host of friends.
