Christine R. Lawrence

Christine Rodefer Lawrence, 85, of Blountville, TN, went home to be with the Lord on September 21, 2022. She was born to the late Issac Paul Rodefer and Margaret Kate Hensley Rodefer. Christine impacted the lives of all who knew her and will be deeply missed.

Christine was a God fearing woman and attended West Hills Baptist Church where she loved to celebrate and rejoice. She was a dedicated and hard worker; she spent a large portion of her life doing office administrative work and working for various VPs of different companies. Christine loved to provide and care for her family; her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her world. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting in her free time. Ultimately, she will forever be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

Along with her parents, Christine is preceded in death by her loving husband of 40 years, Frank Bell Lawrence, Jr.; son, Jim Lawrence; along with two sisters and a brother.

Christine's survivors include her children, Pam Whitaker (Randy), Jack Lawrence (Kay), and Bob Lawrence (Nancy); ten grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Donna Lawrence; sister Sue Jones, along with several nieces and nephews.

The Lawrence family will hold a Graveside Service in Christine's honor on Saturday, September 24, at 2 PM in Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery, with Pastor Larry Hall officiating | 191 Central Heights Rd, Blountville, TN 37617.
