Bonnie W. Leach, 85, of Johnson City, went to be with the Lord on March 9, 2019 at the Waters of Johnson City. Bonnie was a wonderful and caring mother, who was dearly loved by her family. She fought and conquered breast cancer on three separate occasions. Bonnie had a strong will that was only rivaled by her humor, her love for her family, and her love for God.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Dayton H. Leach.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Laura Owens and husband Todd, sons, Shane Leach and wife Rhonda, and Robert Leach; six grandchildren, Mandy Gilliam and husband Chris, Hailey Leach, Hannah Leach, Jordan Owens, and Olivia Owens; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 1:00pm at Monte Vista Memorial Park in the Garden of Cross officiated by Dr. William Duncan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
