Bobbi Jo Smith

Bobbi Jo Smith, 42, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2015, at the Holston Valley Medical Center. Ms. Smith was born on November 22, 1972 in Kingsport, Tennessee, and was a member of Cassidy United Methodist Church. Ms. Smith was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Cyril and Frances Berry; paternal grandparents, Howard and Helen Smith; and sister, Robin Price.

Survivors include her father and mother, Bernard and Evelyn Smith; one brother, Roy Smith; one sister, Karen Van Ness and husband Nate; two nieces and two nephews, Kymberley Hawkins, Brett Hawkins, Ethan Price and Alexandra Price; and her cat, Oreo. A Celebration of Life for Ms. Bobbi Jo Smith will be held Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 6:00pm in the East Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tom Hancock officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service. A Private Graveside Service will be held in the Christus Garden at East Lawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Cassidy United Methodist Church, 5801 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, TN 37664.
