Barbara Jane Blair

Barbara was a member of Blountville United Methodist Church. She retired as a preschool teacher after many years of dedicated service. Barbara was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to all who knew her. She loved her family, family gatherings and the holiday season.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil S. Blair Sr.; and grandson, Josh Blair.

Survivors include her sons, Cecil S. Blair Jr. (Kimberly) and David A. Blair (Terry Reece); several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Lisa Horlacher (Charles); along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The Blair family will gather to greet friends and share memories on Friday, November 25, 2022 in the Chapel of East Lawn Funeral Home from 12 pm – 2 pm. A Funeral Service will follow at 2 pm with Pastor Susan Arnold officiating. Committal Service and Interment will follow the Funeral in the Garden of Christus in East Lawn Memorial Park.
