Yvette Castillo

Yvette was born August 30, 1951 in Panama Canal, Panama to Juan P. Santiago and Lydia E. (Correa) Santiago.

She was a loving member of Iglesia Christiana Monte Sinai in Killeen.

She will always be remembered as a person with a wealth of spiritual, mental and physical strength. She was a constant patron of positivity as well as generosity.

Her passion was spending time with her family and friends, most especially her grandchildren.

Yvette was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bernabe L. Castillo; two brothers, Juan Santiago, Angel Luis Santiago and two sisters, Judith Lott and Gisela Santiago.

She is survived by two sons, Aaron Castillo of Killeen and Nicholas Castillo and his wife Erica of San Diego, CA; a sister, Lydia E. Feuerberg of Dallas and two grandchildren, Nicholas Castillo and Anassa Tillman both of Harker Heights.

The Castillo family will receive guests for a time of visitation from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 30, 2011 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, July 1, 2011 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen with Associate Pastor Dennis Feliciano officiating. Interment will follow in the Killeen City Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Aaron Castillo, Nicholas Castillo, Jason Feuerberg, Adam Feuerberg, Jarrett Lott and Ricky Guerrero.
