Vera Alene Johnston was born in Andice, TX February 4, 1938 and passed from this life on April 20, 2021. She is survived by one brother, Kendall Bryce and wife Carolyn Jean, two sons, Mark Johnston and wife Patricia, John Johnston and wife Tona, four grandchildren, Amanda Luttrell and husband Brian, Stephanie Munoz and husband Zacery, Bradley Johnston and wife Shawna, Bryan Johnston and wife Megan and eight great grandchildren, Katelyn and Emma Luttrell, Reid, Audrey and Mallory Johnston, Kinsley and Elliot Johnston and Aiden Munoz. Preceded in death by parents Dewell and Rayma Bryce and brother Lloyd Bryce. If you knew Alene and are reading this please know she loved you. At her request, there will be a family graveside service held at the Killeen City Cemetery Friday April 30 at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cherokee Childrens Home would bring her great joy.
