Valerie was always caring and sweet. Anytime she saw me she would call out Hi Monsey and give me her big hugs …

I just found out today about Mrs Valerie passing away. She was a kind a wonderful friend. The babies and I will miss her so very much. She got to watch them grow up with every visit we made to Sam’s and the occasional time we saw her in Walmart. She was always there with a hug and a smile for my kids. Even keeping stickers for them at the door when we would come in or leave the store. When she retired the kids would still walk by her photo on the wall until it was taken down. While she worked there they wouldn’t leave the store without going by and touching her photo and wishing she was there on the days we missed her. You don’t find ladies like her very often these days. She will be a cherished friend forever for my family and will look to the memories of seeing her and the kids visiting. It’s still hard to know she is gone. If anyone has a photo they don’t mind us having so I can frame it for the kids of her like the one in Sam’s please let me know. I hope it would help them some how. As she meant the world to us and always will. We love and miss you Mrs Valerie from the babies and me. Sending you lots of hugs.
