Mary Elizabeth Chicosky McDowell

Mary Chicosky McDowell was born May 23, 1949 at Fort Campbell Kentucky, she passed away on February 15, 2020 in Round Rock, Texas. Mary was a member of the class of 1968 at Killeen High School. She worked at and was co-owner of McDowell Enterprises and McDowell Rentals.

She is preceded in death by her father, John J. Chicosky, her mother, Mary Chicosky and her brother, Robert Chicosky.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Carlos (Mac) McDowell, four sons, Chad (Kelley), Colin (Heidi), Cade (Teri) and Chance. She has eight grandchildren Lorelei, Laim, Justin (Madison), Kaycee, Clayton. Christie, Meagan and Emily. She is also survived by her brother, Johnny Chicosky of Mansfield and a sister Barbara Patterson of Hewitt and many nieces and nephew.

Mary loved hunting, gambling and spoiling her grandchildren. She was loved by many and will be missed dearly.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at the funeral home from 6-8 PM. Arrangements entrusted to Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Killeen.
