Kathy Dolby Eicher

Memorial services for Kathleen “Kathy” Margaret Eicher74, off Killeen will be on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 2 PM at Crawford- Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen with Reverend Bradley Perrin officiating. She passed away on September 2. 2013 in Temple, Texas.

Kathy grew up in Riverdale, Michigan where she met and married the love of her life, Corliss “Ike” Eicher. As a military spouse, Kathy traveled with Ike and their four children to many locations, including twice to Germany. Kathy enjoyed spending time with family and passed on many family traditions to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband of 55 years, Ike, Kathy is survived by daughter Pamela John and fiancé Kevin Szolga of Oceanside, CA; son Mark and wife Sally Eicher of Phoenix, AZ; daughter Michelle and husband Bradley Perrin of Peoria, AZ; son Eric and wife Monica Eicher of Goldthwaite, TX; seven grandchildren, Kathryn and Andrea John of Oceanside, CA; Matthew and Micah Perrin of Peoria, AZ; Cheyenne Eicher of San Angelo, TX; Lorissa and Sean Eicher of Goldthwaite, TX; two great-granddaughters, Tori John and Alyssa Liske of Oceanside, CA.

There will be a private family inurnment at a later date at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society of Central Texas at www.cancer.org or the Ronald McDonald House in Temple, TX.
