She was born August 29, 1975 to Elaine Ewing and Mark Chamness in Shreveport, Louisiana. Jennifer graduated from Southwood High School in 1992 and went on to receive her degree to become a registered nurse in 1997.
She devoted her time and heart to her family, serving The Lord, and helping others. Her interests included crafts and painting. Her smile and sense of humor could light up a room at any given moment.
Jennifer is survived by husband, Darrell Story; mother, Elaine Ewing; father, Mark Chamness; and sisters, Crystal Hughes & Ashley Chamness. She is also survived by four children- daughter, Megan; son, Ethan; step-daughter, Allisha (Mackenzie); and step-daughter, Nikki. Three grandchildren- Marcello, Ryleigh, and Lyric survive Jennifer as well as loving in-laws, aunts, uncles and a host of long-time friends. She spent her remaining years under the care of her husband and mother.
