Jackie died Oct 14. He was born in Belton on April 25, 1949. He was preceded in death by father, Howard Kelly Jr. He is survived by his wife Chickie of 48 years, children John and Paula, 7 grandchildren: Erin, Kylie, Kami, Kimber, Ethan, Evan and Emily, his mother Elizabeth, sister Sherion and brother Rickey. He was a navy veteran.
